This does not apply to information or relationships you can document were already known to you, independently developed, or publicly available.
The report is a screening aid compiled from public and third-party sources. It is provided without warranty; it is not a survey, title work, appraisal, engineering opinion, or environmental determination, and it is not a substitute for independent verification.
In any dispute arising from this agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
